I was born on the 4th of May 1961 in Lugano; I live
and work in Montagnola. Switzerland
THE RELATIONSHIP WITH PAINTING BEGAN IN STOPS AND STARTS IN THE 1980s
WITH THE SEARCH FOR AN EXPRESSIVE LINE USING RIGOROUS GEOMETRIC LINEARITIES
BUT AT THE SAME TIME FREE AND WITH AMPLE BREATHING SPACE, BOTH IN
THE FORM AND IN THE COLOR WHERE IT CAN REFLECT IN THEM.
THE FIRST ATTEMPT (CONSERVED) TO CREATE GEOMETRIC SPACE IN 1984 WAS
THUS DESCRIBED.
ALBEIT CONFUSED, THAT LINE WILL REMAIN FUNDAMENTAL FOR MANY YEARS,
I AM CURRENTLY STILL TRYING TO UNDERSTAND IT.
1977 - 2009
I Attended the CSIA School of Industrial Arts in Lugano.
Having finished education, took part in various work activities parallelled
to painting and imprisonment for military service desertion.
Many of the paintings produced over the years were destroyed, painting
abandoned.
First and only exhibition in 1999 at the Il Raggio Gallery in Lugano,
reconciled with painting.
